WELCOME.
Our mission is to provide affordable, high quality acupuncture. We do this by offering individualized treatments in a quiet, open setting and asking you to decide what you can afford on a sliding scale ($20-40). We want you to come often enough to be able to get better and stay better. Acupuncture has been a community-based medicine for most of its long history. In Asia, acupuncture has traditionally been practiced in group rather than individual settings. For acupuncture to be most effective, patients need to receive it frequently and regularly—far more frequently and regularly than most insurance plans will pay for. We the People Community Acupuncture is part of a growing movement of over 150 community clinics around the country that are returning to this tradition of community practice—both patients and practitioners love it!
